SWCHR ANNOUNCES PHOTO OF THE MONTH WINNER FOR AUGUST, 2012

The Southwestern Center for Herpetological Research (SWCHR) is pleased to announce that Ben Stupavsky's photograph of a juvenile Northern Black-tailed Rattlesnake (Crotalus molussus molossus) taken while he was herping in Upton County, Texas has been selected by our members as our Photo of the Month for August, 2012. Our congratulations to Ben Stupavsky on his first Photo of the Month win.

Having one of his images selected during the year as a Photo of the Month earns Ben a cash award of $25.00 and automatically qualifies him as a nominee in the competition for our 2012 Award for Excellence in Herpetological Photography which will be selected and awarded in February of 2013.
