Distribution:  In our region, this species occurs
throughout the eastern 2/3 of Texas including several isolated populations in the Lower Rio Grande Valley and an additional isolated population in the Texas Panhandle.

Legal Status: Pantherophis obsoletus lindheimeri
is not a protected species.
